In this past cycle (the first of 23A) we received 11 proposals for GS and accepted 6 of them. Note that BR has very little remaining time in 23A.
For the next cycle, with proposal deadline 31 January, NOON HST, we continue to accept only proposals for Gemini South. Accepted proposals will be included in the queue for the period March – May. We are not accepting proposals for Gemini North until further notice. For more information, please check out this news item on our webpages.
Please check the GS telescope and instrument schedule for 23A and Call for proposals for more information on available instruments and modes. Note that GMOS-S may be unavailable for most of May. The shutdown previously planned for April has been postponed until 23B.
